Shen Yun Performing Arts is a show that I don’t miss for even one single year. This is because it brings me back to ancient China, which has been known as the Divine Land. It was then a world full of beauty and wonder, when divine beings walked the earth, and when emperors ruled under the will of heaven.
Unfortunately I can’t watch Shen Yun at the theatre everyday, so I make sure to always listen to the Shen Yun Symphony Ochestra to get inspiration when I am designing or making jewelry.
When I was making heavenly flower earrings, I was listening to the piece called Sewing the Flowers of Heaven. The beautiful and warm melodies feel like fairies from heaven calling you back home.
When I was designing the Moon Goddess jewelry sets, I was listening to The Emperor’s Journey to the Moon. The melody by heavenly maidens from the Moon Palace gave me inspiration for the color and shapes.
So you know where we’ll be when Shen Yun Symphony Orchestra returns to New York City.
We can’t wait to be inspired all over again, and we hope you can join in the fun too! Don't forget to book your tickets here and say hello to me in the theatre!
At Yun Boutique we have a very special annual tradition. It inspires us with color and beauty, and this year, we'd like to share it with you.
