Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Please note, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Kindly do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. But you are welcome to exchange with designs with same value. Non-returnable goods include:

  • Sale and clearance
  • Gift Cards
  • Made to Order

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Shipping cost will not be refunded

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If after completing these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@yunboutique.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. But you are welcome to exchange with designs with same value.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at info@yunboutique.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be mailed to your Yun Boutique account.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver's Yun Boutique account and they will be notified about your return.
